1% salted butter

I have been using the butter for xmas cookies. It works as well as regular salted butter. Taste of home recipe called for 1% salted butter. The price turned out to be cheaper than regular butter now, even with shipping cost. Glad I made the purchase.

We used to buy the butter and cheese when we lived in Manitowoc. Moved to Western New York and went with out for a year, now we just ship it and freeze . Best butter!

Hands down this is the only way to go. After shipping costs it is still cheaper per lb than the bottom grade generic butter at my local grocery store. It’s true butter, no water or undesirable additives that show themselves in the fry pan. My only source. Thank you pine river. It also supports Wisconsin dairy. The true dairy state.
